My Official Author Website!!!!

Finally! A nice cohesive place I can direct readers and fans to!

Long time coming! I know I brought this up months ago- but life got a little crazy and I had to set aside my writing projects for a second while getting everything situated again. Now that I’m back, I can share the website I have finished setting up!

This is it! An official author website! Nothing too crazy for now, but it’s such a big milestone!

You can skip on reading the rest of this letter if you’d like to just check out the website right away: Here it is!

If you’re still here allow me to share a few thoughts that I have on this website project. Ahem. Of course, a website was a must. Authors need to have one if they want to take themselves seriously, and readers might appreciate having a one-stop-shop for an author they’re very interested in.

There are a few things I wanted to make sure were included in my website before I published it.

  1. I wanted the very first thing you see to be the map of the world

  2. A personality quiz

  3. Fun and simple games to play on the website itself

  4. A link to this newsletter, and the ability to read a few of the posts on the author website itself

  5. Story characters listed out

  6. Links to everywhere you can buy/read the stories

Essentially- I wanted a website that was cohesive and pleasing to the eye, while also being a location on the internet where you could linger and explore. Have fun! I took inspiration from the old Cartoon Network website, the old GirlsGoGame, and from the Eren Hunter website. These websites are much more game heavy, but I still have fond memories of visiting these places just to have some fun.

Thing is though- personality quizzes are a LOT harder to make than I thought- so I’m gonna push that off for later. I feel like I need a larger catalogue of characters for it to truly be fun in the first place. Hence- this idea was scrapped.

Not forever! Just for the time being. As the story progresses and more characters are introduced, there will be more room for such activities. The same thing can be said for the games, games are something that require much more skill than what I currently have. Not a no forever, just a no for now.

I hope to keep growing this website as I grow as a writer and an author. Please, poke around and see what you find! It might be interesting!
